Your Montecasino Club Festival Card - use it or lose out!

Montecasino’s Club Festival is not like any ordinary casino loyalty programme. It offers you rewards no matter where you choose to spend your time and benefits just for being a member. Whether you are dining out with friends, shopping for that special treat or, my personal favourite, experiencing the thrill of going toe-to-toe with chance in the casino, you will be earning points. Points can be redeemed for casino play. As a club member you will get discounts at the various retailers, entertainment offerings and so much more!
The key to taking advantage of these exciting offers and rewards is to use your Club Festival Card – whenever and wherever you are on property! For those who are new members and have never used your card before, or if you’ve had your card for a while but are not sure of the process, here are a few hints and tips on how to get the most out of your Club Festival Card.
To get you started and help you along on your Club Festival journey our friendly Hosts at the Club Festival Desk, situated in the casino close to the main entrance, are available to assist you. If you’re not yet a member, this is where you can sign up to Club Festival – it’s FREE to join and opens up a world of possibility, so what have you got to lose?
With your Club Festival Card in hand, you can start earning points through casino play and at various partners on property – from restaurants to retail stores and more. Earning points is easy. Points are the Club Festival currency which can be earned for gaming and count towards moving up the Club Festival tiers (Red, Gold, Platinum), so that you can get bigger and better benefits. Once you’ve signed up, simply insert your Club Festival Card into the Slot Machine and you’ll accumulate points as you play; at the Tables, hand your Club Festival Card to the Supervisor before you start playing; and at participating restaurants and retail stores, simply give your card to the waitron/shop assistant when paying for your goods. Your accumulated points can then be redeemed at the E-Host against special offers, or can be converted to casino play – Slots XtraCredit or Tables play. If Tables is more your thing and you would like to convert your points to Tables play, simply hand your Card and ID to the Table’s Supervisor and request the desired value of points you would like to exchange for tables chips and get playing.
Want to know how many points you have so you can start spending? Simply swipe your card at the E-Host, a self-service kiosk, which you will see conveniently located around the casino. This also allows you to easily access promotional, benefit and reward offers. You can enquire about your point status at the Club Festival Desk or insert your card into any Slot Machine. All Club Festival Cards are protected with Personal Identification Number (PIN) codes so you never have to worry about someone else being able to use your points. If you forget your PIN code, just bring along a valid ID and we’ll reset the code for you.
