Non-Negotiable CHIP Redemption Rules
- Winnings on bets made with Non-Negotiable chips will be paid out in cash chips
- The value of the Non-Negotiable chips will be excluded as the Non-Negotiables have no cash-in value and will be forfeited after being paid
- Losing Non-Negotiables will be treated as losing bets
- Non-Negotiables played which result in neither a win nor loss will remain in play, dependent on the rules of the game, in some cases they may be returned to the player
- In a situation where only half the bet is lost (surrenders on BJ or “O” on AR) a cash chip may be used to half the odd chip if needed
- Non-Negotiables cannot be played on our TEXAS HOLD’EM Tables
- Non-Negotiables cannot be cashed out

Promotional Rules and Regulations
- Gaming legislation prohibits persons under the age of 18 from participating in any gaming activity
- Participants must be registered or should register with the casino’s loyalty club programme prior in order to qualify as a participant, subject to advertised mechanics
- All active and inactive Club Members will receive a complimentary entry into the draw
- Draw time and date will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion
- To claim your prize, the participant must be present at the draw. After the announcement of the winning number, that participant has 90 seconds to present his/her RECEIPT for verification at the stage. Positive SA identification document/passport and Club Festival card must be produced within the allocated time period otherwise a re-draw will be held
- Participants will obtain their Draw ticket at the E-Hosts by swiping their Club card. Tickets will only be issued in the name of the cardholder
- Participants will enter their draw tickets in the entry bin at the Club Festival Desk
- Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes
- The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified
- The promotion is closed to all employees of Tsogo Sun, its contractors, suppliers of prizes, participating retailers, advertising agencies and their immediate families
- Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force

HOW TO EARN POINTS
Points are the Club Festival currency which can be earned for gaming and for spending at the participating shops and restaurants at Montecasino
TO EARN POINTS
- Slots – Insert your Club Festival Card into the Slots Machine for the duration of your play
- Tables – Hand your Club Festival Card to the Supervisor at the Tables before you start playing
TO TRANSFER POINTS AT A SLOT MACHINE
- Insert your Club Festival Card into the card reader on the Slots Machine
- Press the OK button on the key pad
- Press 1 to convert your points to FreePlay
- Insert your PIN code and press OK
- Select the cash value you wish to transfer on the key pad e.g. 1=R5, 2= R10, 3= R25 etc.
- Once selected the card reader display on the machine will show that the transfer has been completed and a ringing sound will be heard
- Ensure that you have cash credits for your first bet
- You are now ready to play your FeePlay
- As you play, your FreePlay automatically reimburse your credit meter to the value of each bet
USING YOUR POINTS ON TABLES
- To convert points to Table Play, simply hand your card and ID to the Table’s Supervisor and request the desired value of points you would like to exchange for tables chips
