Terms and Conditions

• Competition is valid from 2nd March - 19th March 2010. Only one entry per person allowed.
• Valid for entrants 18yrs and older. Valid only for South African residents.
• Winners will be notified via email/phone on 19th March 2010.
• Winners will be required to produce a valid ID document when collecting their prize.
• The winner is required to collect their prize before the start of the Main Tournament on 26th March.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is not transferable.
• The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organiser of the Competition, whose decision is final, and no negotiations and / or correspondence will be entered into after the fact.
• By entering the competition, you agree to receive future correspondence from Montecasino, thereafter Montecasino will comply with all regulations of the ECT Act.
• Tsogo Sun employees and their immediate family as well as any external third party involved in the creation or design of this promotion, may not take part in this competition.
• Montecasino reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel and / or suspend any competition.
• The winner will be responsible for his/her own travel and accommodation to Montecasino to redeem the prize. The prize includes a seat into the event only.
