Promotional Rules

1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. Participants enter a draw through a physical medium such as, but not limited to, ticket stubs, business cards, etc without tendering any consideration for such entry. On the day of the draw participants must enter the physical medium into the draw bin/entry box.
5. Platinum cardholders will automatically be entitled to a maximum of 1 individual entry per person per draw.
6. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
7. Prize Winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw dates and times will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
8. Participants are not obligated to be present at the draw where the winner will be determined.
9. Participants must activate their entry into the draw, on the day of the draw  prior to the actual draw within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The opening and closing times for the entry bins will be advertised through mediums used within the casino.
10. Should a prize winner not be present at the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner by utilizing the contact details as recorded by the casino. In such circumstances the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
11. In all instances, prize winners shall be required to collect their prize in person upon presentation of positive and acceptable form of identification.
12. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
13. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
14. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
15. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
16. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
17. Participants shall only be entitled to win one prize on each draw night for the remainder of the competition period - once a prize is won by a participant, such participants’ remaining entries shall be disqualified from the remainder of the draws for that particular draw night.
18. The above rule shall exclude the late night/ equal chances draw – all participants in a draw, including draw winners, qualify for and may therefore enter the late night/equal chances draw.
