Montecasino Gift Vouchers are available for purchase and collection at the Club Festival Desk (011 - 510 7811). The following denominations are available for purchase - R25, R50, R100, R150, R200, R300, R500, R1000 by cash, credit card or EFT.

Gift Vouchers may be used at:

• Participating Stores and Restaurants
• Club Festival Desk
• Casino Cash Desk
• Montecasino Bird Gardens

Montecasino Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. The gift voucher is valid for one year from date of issue.
2. Defaced or Damaged vouchers will not be accepted.
3. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay debtor's accounts.
4. Should the bill exceed the gift voucher amount, the variance will be for the guests account.
5. In the event of a meal costing less than the stipulated amount, a maximum of 10% of the vouchers face value will be given as change with the exception of the Casino Cash Desk, Club Festival desk and the Palazzo Hotel where no change will be given.
6. This voucher can be used at the cash desk in exchange for non-negotiable table chips or at the club festival desk for Xtra credit.
