Price of Admission is R100 per Single purchase which excludes Food, Bier and Merchandise which will be for an additional charge.
- Purchase 12 tickets for your own table.
- Guests must arrive by 3:00pm on Friday’s and 1pm on Saturday’s and Sunday’s to claim reserved seating.
- All purchases at the Oktober Bierfest will be made using Oktober Bierfest “crowns” which can be bought on arrival.
- No cash will be accepted.

A celebration of Bavarian culture and the recreation of Bavarian beer festivals of old!
Montecasino is proud to host the Oktober Bierfest on the Outdoor Event Area on Friday, Saturday and Sunday the 28th – 30th Oktober: A recreation of Bavarian beer festivals of old conjuring up images of Bavarian bier hall's, wooden bier benches served by Fraulein's (waitresses) right through to mouth watering Bavarian treats sourced and supplied by the finest local purveyors of German fair….all supported by world class entertainment including a live Oompah band!
3 Bavarian-styled beer varieties will be especially crafted by brew masters from our founding partner The South African Breweries Limited - South Africa’s finest producer of local and international beer.
An authentic Bavarian Bier Hall will greet guests upon arrival at Montecasino and seating will be sturdy wooden bier benches with fellow revellers on the path to merriment as the live Oompah band blows your blues away.
Oktober Bierfest caters for both the corporate and public entertainment markets providing a great atmosphere to entertain clients and colleagues alike or simply have fun with friends. A range of Bavarian accessories will be made available to play the part including Fraulein outfits, dirndl’s, lederhosen, bundhosen, alpine hats and an assortment of wigs and moustaches!
Genuine Bavarian Fraulein(s) will deliver fistfuls of frothing Bavarian-styled bier crafted by brew masters from The South African Breweries Ltd and Paulaner Brauhouse. Raith Gourmet, South Africa's finest purveyors of German food, will provide a feast of Bavarian fare ranging from bratwurst, cold meats, sauerkraut, pretzels, pork knuckles and roast duck.

Corporate Events
The Oktober Bierfest is accommodating corporate bookings on Thursday 27th Oktober.
Requests to book the entire venue will also be accommodated but Corporate bookings are strictly subject to availability.*

Two tiers of Corporate hospitality packages are available for guests, Gold or Platinum:
Guests will have the opportunity to choose a Gold package to revel in the action stage side or a Platinum package to take in the view of the Oktober Bierfest hall from raised seating in private areas. Details of each package are as follows:
