The Power Drive!

1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
2. The promotional competition is exclusive to Montecasino Rewards Programme members (the “Participants”), and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotion begins on Monday, 02 June 2025, and ends on Sunday, 31 August 2025, and open to all qualifying Montecasino Rewards members.
4. All Participants are required to be present at the draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for their Prize, provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Service Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 08h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of each draw.
5. Participants or duly authorised representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, and must produce the valid ticket entry and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s License/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required.
6. Authorised representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
7. LAUNCH DRAW
   • The Launch Draw will be an electronic draw whereby prize winners will be selected via the TEEDS system.
   • All Montecasino Ace and King Tier members will be invited to participate with a complimentary allocation of entries. Montecasino Queen Rewards members with gaming activity of min spend of R5,000 and Max spend of R50,000 will get complimentary tickets for the launch draw as below;

• Ace Tier – 400 tickets
• King Tier – 200 tickets
• Queen Tier – 50 tickets
  • The draw will take place in the designated area immediately after the entry bin closes at 18h00.
  • To be eligible for a prize, all participants must activate their entry at the EHost or on the TSOGO SUN Mobile App.
  • The entry activation will start from 08h00 on the day of the draw.

8. MONTH-END CASH DRAWS
   • The month-end cash draws will be electronic draws whereby prize winners will be selected via the TEEDS system.
   • The draws will take place immediately after the entry bin closes at 21h00 at the designated draw area.
   • All participants are required to activate their entry at the eHost or on the TSOGO SUN Mobile App.
   • Qualification criteria for the Month-end cash draws is 5000 points for 1 ticket entry as per the earning period specified below;

9. FINAL CASH AND CAR DRAW
   • This draw is a manual ticketed draw that will take place at 18h00 in the designated area, on Sunday, 31 August, where five (5) winners will be selected.
   • The participant is required to print his/her ticket/s at the eHost and deposit the ticket/s into the entry bin provided within the specified times during which the entry bin is open. The participant is required to retain the ticket receipt for verification, should his/her ticket be drawn.
   • The entry bin for this promotion will open at 8 am on Monday, 02 June, and close 5 minutes before the start of the draw on Sunday, 31 August 2025.
   • Qualification criteria for the Car draw is 20,000 points = 1 ticket entry as per the earning period specified below;

• Should the car winner choose to decline the grand prize of a Land Rover Defender, the car winner will be required to negotiate a buy-back option directly with the dealership representative and provide the dealership with the necessary documentation to proceed with the transaction.
• The vehicles on display at Montecasino are the actual prizes to be won.

• Montecasino Rewards members are not authorised to give their card to another individual to earn points on their behalf. In the event of this happening, the offender may be disqualified from this promotion and/or any promotions taking place within the same period.
• Points earning is combined; therefore, participants can add their Slots points and Tables points together to achieve the required entry points.
• Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.
• Cash prizes will be issued in the form of a cash prize letter redeemable at any Cash Desk.
• Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of consideration unless otherwise advertised.
• Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Montecasino. The winner must present the winning receipt and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
• Draw details will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition.
• All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
• Montecasino may add or vary any of the rules of the promotion in the interest of fairness to all participants.
• Montecasino shall be entitled, at any, time to terminate or alter any aspect of the promotion and/or these rules, without any prior notice and without compensation to any participant or potential participant.
• Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
• In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
• Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
• Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
• The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
