  8. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
  9. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  10. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

    COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

  12. Only one prize will be on offer – R3,000 per winner – in order to avoid multiple guests selecting various prizes from the same device
  13. All prize money will be signed out in the form of R200 notes
  14. Upon arrival at the winning machine, the promotions staff member will sanitize the winner’s hands.
  15. After sanitization, the winning amount – R3,000 – will be handed over to the guest.
  16. The guest will remove the money, count it to ensure that the amount is correct
