How to Get the Deal

Buy your voucher from the Montecasino Ticket Office (12 June – 28 August 2025, Wednesday to Sunday, 10h00–19h00 and Mondays and Tuesdays, 08h00–20h00 at the Tsogo Rewards Desk on our Main Casino Floor).

Choose where to enjoy your meal from the list of exciting restaurants below. (Be sure to book a table and mention that you are a Real Deal guest.)

Select which movie you would like to watch, as well as the Value-Add vouchers you want.

Decide whether to use all your Real Deal vouchers on one day or spread them out over a number of days; it’s entirely up to you. Your vouchers are valid until 28 August 2025.

    • Offer is valid Wednesdays to Sundays, subject to seating capacities. Seats are limited and are available on a first come first served basis.

  1. PARKING VOUCHER
    • Produce this voucher at any Montecasino parking boom entrance to redeem your free parking.
    • The offer is valid Mondays to Sundays up to and including the 28 August 2025.
    • This offer is valid for one car and excludes parking of Taxis, Buses and trailers.
    • The offer cannot be swapped or exchanged Subject to Montecasino’s terms and conditions.
  1. MONTH END DRAW
    • Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotion.
    • This promotion is open to all rewards members and non-members (the “Participants”) and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
    • This promotional period will commence on 12 June to 28 August 2025. The draw will take place on Sunday, 31 August 2025 at 4pm at the complex promotional stage.
    • Participants must purchase the REAL DEAL booklet to qualify for entry tickets.
    • Tickets cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.
    • Participants must fill in their details on the draw entry ticket – name and surname, ID or patron number, contact number, and email address.
    • Participants must ensure that their details are clear and legible for the entry to be valid.
    • Participants must insert their entry tickets into the draw entry bin between 12 June to 31 August 2025 before the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The manual entry bin will remain open from the start of the promotion and will close 5 minutes (15h55) before the draw.
    • Participants may enter as many tickets as possible but can only win once.
    • Five selected participants will each win R1,000 cash and a R1,000 cash TOP-UP if they sign up to the Rewards Programme, download and register on the Tsogo Sun App and register on playTSOGO – all three (3) requirements must be met to qualify for a TOP-UP prize.
    • Montecasino reserves the right to amend the promotion mechanics, qualifying criteria and rules if deemed necessary in the interest of fairness to all participants without prior notice.
    • Prize Winners will be selected randomly from the manual/traditional entry bin.
    • Participants do not need to be present at the draw – winners will be notified telephonically on the day of the draw.
    • Prize winners must present a positive and acceptable form of identification to claim the prize. Should proof of identification not be available, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the Participant to present the valid verification documentation.
    • Prizes are to be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominee) within 15 days of the draw from the Tsogo Rewards Desk.
    • A redraw will take place if winners do not collect their prizes within 15 days of the draw.
    • Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
    • All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
    • In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling a draw date.
    • Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
    • The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
    • Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL VOUCHERS
    • Voucher redemption acknowledges acceptance of all terms and conditions.
    • Offer valid Sundays to Thursdays (redemption). Offer cannot be bought or redeemed on Public Holidays or special calendar days.
    • The offers are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
    • The Real Deal offer will be available for purchase 7 days a week.
    • Any alterations/misuse/abuse or fraudulent use of this voucher would make the voucher invalid.

    • Sales and redemptions close on 28 August 2025. No redemptions will be accepted after this date.
