1. By virtue of their participation in this promotional competition, it shall be deemed that the respective Participants have acknowledged and accepted these rules.
2. The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotion runs from 28 February 2026 to 28 March 2026 and is open exclusively to Montecasino Tsogo Rewards members who meet the qualifying criteria.
4. Any person who is under the age of 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or has self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is specifically prohibited from participating in this casino promotion.
5. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
6. A “participant” herein refers to a person who enters, participates in, or is otherwise eligible to win in a promotional competition.
7. Qualification criteria for Ace, King and Queen Tiers is an average spend of R5, 000 or total spend of R50, 000 or more in the last 12 months, with 90% play specifically in the Prive, required for Queen Tier only.
8. All Tier Bonus Jackpots Entry Mechanic
8.1. A Random Application Player Selection (‘RAPS’) application will be used to select Bonus Jackpot winners between 22h00 and 00h00 on promotion activation days, who have qualified at a particular Slot machine or Table game.
8.2. Bonus Jackpots are exclusive to Rewards Members actively playing Slots or Tables in the Prive only on below gaming dates and times.
8.3. On Saturdays between 22h00 – 00h00:
8.3.1. 28 February 2026
8.3.2. 7, 14, 21, and 28 March 2026
9. Players do not need a winning combination (Slots) or hand (Tables) as prize winners are selected randomly via the Random Active Player Selector app.
10. The session will award 30 random Bonus Jackpot winners in total from both Slots and Tables games.
11. Prize winners must present themselves in person at the place of the winner announcement within 90 seconds from the time the prize winner is determined, alternatively if such prize winner is actively engaged in gambling activity in the casino, subject to the use of a Rewards card, the prizes will be handed over to those prize winners at the respective gaming device.
12. Once a winner has been determined, the promotions representative will verify that the RAPS winner information corresponds with the player found at the gaming device. Each random winner will be presented with a reveal device, each device will contain a prize, indicating a cash value.
13. After the winner has selected his/her choice, the prize insert is revealed by the winner and is swopped out for the cash value, by the promotion’s representative.
14. In the event that the eligible prize winner is no longer at the gaming device when the promotions crew arrive, an announcement will be made for that prize winner to present himself or herself at the place of draw within 90 seconds from the time of the announcement. If he or she has not declined to be present at the draw by not signing the register declining to be present, or is not the rightful owner of the Rewards card selected by RAPS, a re-selection from the pool of potential winners will be conducted.
15. A register will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk on the day of the draw for the period between the Bonussing sessions, before each session starts, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for the sessions on the day or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
16. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
17. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item(s) unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
18. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition may be disqualified.
19. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
20. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
21. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
22. Montecasino may add or vary any of the rules of the promotion in the interest of fairness to all participants. Montecasino shall be entitled, at any, time to terminate or alter any aspect of the promotion and/or these rules, without any prior notice and without compensation to any participant or potential participant.
