1. The competition is open to South African citizens only.
2. No person under 18 is allowed to participate in this competition.
3. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. Participants can activate their entries into this competition by commenting on the competition post, sharing their selfie moment at Montecasino. Include the hashtag #MonteTurns25.

6. The competition closes on 30 November 2025.
7. The prize winners will be selected by way of an electronic draw on 3 December 2025. A social media post on the Montecasino social media page will be published on the day of the draw once consent is received from the prize winners.
8. One winner will be selected from the combined entries by a random electronic draw through a Google Random Number Generator App.
9. Every participant in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
10. All reasonable steps shall be taken to contact the prize winner via social media.
11. Winners are requested to acknowledge receipt of the notification within 12 hours of the notification. The winner will have to take up the prize before 31 May 2026 and will need collect their prize at the Tsogo Rewards Desk within operational hours and must present an acceptable form of identification upon receiving his/her prize.
12. If the winner does not collect his/her prize before the specific date – a new winner may be drawn and contacted.
13. The prize excludes transport to and from Montecasino.
14. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device or online system used for the competition draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management.
15. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
16. Neither Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company (PTY) Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, their Directors, Officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by the prize winner or any of his/her invitees, as a result of the prize winner having taken up the prize. The prize winner hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company (PTY) Limited for any such loss, damage, injury or death.
17. Any person transgressing the rules of this competition will be disqualified.
18. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause will be severed and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
