What you Win:

You win a #MonteMagic inspired experience that consists of of a 1-night stay at one of our award winning Tsogo Sun Hotels and will be tailored to suit the winner if they’re a couple or a family which includes, breakfast, lunch or dinner, movies, a visit to our beautiful bird gardens and an exciting game of bowling / laser tag – valued at over R3000!

How do I Win:

The winner will be randomly selected on 19 March 2024, and the winner will be announced on our social pages.

  1. The competition is open to South African citizens only.
  2. No person under 18 is allowed to participate in this competition.
  3. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. Participants can activate their entries into this competition by commenting on the competition post, sharing their #montemagic moment at Montecasino. Include the hashtag #MonteMagic in their comment.
  5. Tsogo Sun is committed to protecting your privacy. By entering this competition, you agree to our data practices as set out in our Privacy Policy, and which can be viewed at https://www.tsogosun.com/privacy-policy/
  6. The competition closes on 15 March 2024.
  7. One winner will be selected from the combined entries by a random electronic draw through a Google Random Number Generator App.
  8. A social media post on the Montecasino social media page will be published, once consent is received from the prize winner.
  9. Every participant in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  10. All reasonable steps shall be taken to contact the prize winner via social media.
  11. Winners are requested to acknowledge receipt of the notification within 24 hours of the notification. The winner will need collect their prize within 15 days from the Montecasino Guest Relations Desk and must present an acceptable form of identification upon receiving his/her prize.
  12. If the winner does not collect his/her prize before the specific date – a new winner may be drawn and contacted.
  13. The prize excludes transport to and from Montecasino.
  14. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device or online system used for the competition draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
  15. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  16. Neither Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company (PTY) Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, their Directors, Officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by the prize winner or any of his/her invitees, as a result of the prize winner having taken up the prize. The prize winner hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company (PTY) Limited for any such loss, damage, injury or death.
  17. Any person transgressing the rules of this competition will be disqualified.
  18. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause will be severed and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
