- Family Rooms are not available at StayEasy Cape Town City Bowl, StayEasy Century City, Garden Court Milpark, SunSquare Montecasino, SunSquare Suncoast, Southern Sun Pretoria, Southern Sun Hyde Park and Beverly Hills, the kids’ policy is therefore not applicable. - Cancellation Policy
- To avoid penalties, cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival
- The Tsogo Sun Hotels Cancellation Policy will be updated regularly to reflect travel restrictions and new developments related to the COVID-19 virus. Bookings affected by government-issued travel restrictions due to Covid-19 can be changed or refunded without penalties.
- A no-show fee of one night’s stay will be charged for guaranteed reservations that are not cancelled within 24 hours prior to the arrival date, or as indicated on this confirmation of the reservation
- All rates are quoted in South African Rand and include 15% Value Added Tax but exclude Tourism Levy at 1%
- Rates are available to the South African domestic leisure market and SADC countries only
- Check-in time is from 14h00, check-out time is 11h00 (unless a different check-in or check-out time is specified by the property); early check-in is subject to availability, with prior arrangement with the hotel
- Due to only selected Tsogo Sun Hotels being open at this time, Tsogo Sun Hotels reserves the right to move any reservation from the original hotel at which the booking was made to another Tsogo Sun Hotels property in the same or similar location
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice in accordance with Tsogo Sun Hotels Reservations Terms & Conditions and in compliance with the prevailing level of lockdown as advised by the South African Government
- Guests will be required to complete a health questionnaire and have their temperature scanned on entering the hotel and will only be permitted access to the hotel should the results of this assessment fall within acceptable levels
