1. By virtue of their participation in this promotional competition, it shall be deemed that the respective Participants have acknowledged and accepted these rules.
2. The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotion runs from 01 October 2025 to 18 January 2026 and is open exclusively to Montecasino Tsogo Rewards members who meet the qualifying criteria.
4. Any person who is under the age of 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or has self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is specifically prohibited from participating in this casino promotion.
5. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
6. A “participant” herein refers to a person who enters, participates in, or is otherwise eligible to win in a promotional competition.
7. All Participants are required to be present at the draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for their Prize, provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 08h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of each draw.
8. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
9. All qualifying Patrons for the Draws will be required to activate their entries by printing their receipts via the eHost or on the Tsogo Sun App to be eligible for a Prize. Draw registration via the Mobile App requires that the Patron is Active (Card in Slot Machine or Active on a Tables Game) in order for the Mobile App to permit entry registration.
10. WEDNESDAY JACK AND QUEEN TIER DRAW:

10.1 All draws are electronic draws and will take place immediately after the entry bin closes at the designated time and draw area

10.2 Participants can only win once per draw.

10.3 All Tsogo Sun App users earn 10 bonus draw tickets

10.4 Winners at the draws stand a chance to win a share of R60, 000 in cash.

10.5 All Montecasino Tsogo Rewards members playing Slots and Tables during the below designated dates and times;

• 15, 22 and 29 October 2025 from 21h00 to 21h30
• 05, 12, 19 and 26 November 2025 from 21h00 to 21h30
• 03, 10, 17, 24 and 31 December 2025 from 21h00 to 21h30
• 07 and 14 January 2026 from 21h00 to 21h30

10.6 Qualification criteria for the J and Q Tier Draw as per the dates and times specified below;

11. BONUS JACKPOT:

A Random Application Player Selection (‘RAPS’) application will be used to select Bonus Jackpot winners that have qualified at a particular Slot machine or Table game.

Weekly Bonus Jackpots will be open to all Montecasino Tsogo Rewards members playing Slots and Tables on the main and smoking casino areas during the below designated dates and times:

• 04, 11, 18 and 26 October 2025: from 14h00 to 21h00
• 02, 08, 15, 22 and 30 November 2025: from 14h00 to 21h00
• 07, 13, 20 and 28 December 2025: from 14h00 to 21h00
• 04, 10, and 18 January 2026: from 14h00 to 21h00

12. Weekly bonus jackpots minimum spend criteria to be included on the lists – R100 for all Montecasino Tsogo Rewards members.
13. Prize winners must present themselves in person at the place of the winner announcement within 90 seconds from the time the prize winner is determined, alternatively if such prize winner is actively engaged in gambling activity in the casino, subject to the use of a Rewards card, the prizes will be handed over to those prize winners at the respective gaming device.
14. Once a winner has been determined, the promotions representative will verify that the RAPS winner information corresponds with the player found at the gaming device.
15. Each random winner will be presented with a reveal device, each device will contain a prize, indicating a cash value.
16. After the winner has selected his/her choice, the prize insert is revealed by the winner and is swopped out for the cash value, by the promotions representative.
17. In the event that the eligible prize winner is no longer at the gaming device when the promotions crew arrive, an announcement will be made for that prize winner to present himself or herself at the place of draw within 90 seconds from the time of the announcement. If he or she has not declined to be present at the draw by not signing the register declining to be present, or is not the rightful owner of the Rewards card selected by RAPS, a re-selection from the pool of potential winners will be conducted.
18. A register will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk on the day of the draw for the period between the Bonussing sessions, before each session starts, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for the sessions on the day or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
19. FIRST AND LAST SATURDAY DRAW:

19.1 All draws are electronic draws and will take place immediately after the entry bin closes at the designated time and draw area

19.2 Participants can only win once per draw.

19.3 All Tsogo Sun App users earn 10 bonus tickets

19.4 Winners at the draws stand a chance to win a share of over R2M in cash and cars.

19.5 Tier specific draw entries will be capped, as per below allocation:

(Total draw tickets each tier can earn over benchmark period 1-26Oct’24: A|K= 1 203 / Q=447 / 10|J=194)

• J|10 Tier draw tickets capped = 200 Tickets
• Q Tier draw tickets capped = 500 Tickets
• A|K Tier draw tickets capped = 1500 Tickets

19.6 All Montecasino Tsogo Rewards members playing Slots and Tables during the below designated dates and times;

• 25 October 2025 from 20h00- 23h00
• 01 and 29 November 2025 from 20h00- 23h00
• 06 and 27 December 2025 from 20h00- 23h00
• 03 and 17 January 2026 from 20h00- 23h00

19.7 Qualification criteria for the first and last Sunday cash and car draws as per the dates and times specified below;

20. Participants or duly authorised representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, and must produce the valid ticket entry and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s License/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required.
21. Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
22. Authorised representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
23. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
24. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item(s) unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
25. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition may be disqualified.
26. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
27. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
28. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
29. Montecasino may add or vary any of the rules of the promotion in the interest of fairness to all participants. Montecasino shall be entitled, at any, time to terminate or alter any aspect of the promotion and/or these rules, without any prior notice and without compensation to any participant or potential participant.
