1. By virtue of their participation in this promotional competition, it shall be deemed that the respective Participants have acknowledged and accepted these rules.
2. The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotion runs from 28 April 2026 to 27 June 2026 and is open exclusively to Montecasino Tsogo Rewards members who meet the qualifying criteria.
4. Any person who is under the age of 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or has self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is specifically prohibited from participating in this casino promotion.
5. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
6. A “participant” herein refers to a person who enters, participates in, or is otherwise eligible to win in a promotional competition.
7. All Participants are required to be present at the draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for their Prize, provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 08h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of each draw.
8. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A valid and acceptable form of physical identification must be presented by both participant and nominee when completing the proxy form. The participant and the nominee will be requested to check the accuracy of the details recorded on the proxy form and sign in the appropriate space, confirming the draw from which he/she wishes to opt out of. The signatures of both parties will serve as confirmation of the accuracy of the details recorded on the proxy form.
9. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
10. All qualifying Patrons for the Draws will be required to activate their entries by printing their receipts via the eHost or on the Tsogo Sun App to be eligible for a Prize. Draw registration via the Mobile App requires that the Patron is Active (Card in Slot Machine or Active on a Tables Game) in order for the Mobile App to permit entry registration.
11. All Tier Bonus Jackpots Entry Mechanic

10.1. A Random Application Player Selection (‘RAPS’) application will be used to select Bonus Jackpot winners between 14h00 and 21h00 on promotion activation days, who have qualified at a particular Slot machine or Table game.

10.2. Bonus Jackpots are exclusive to Rewards Members actively playing Slots and Tables on the main and smoking casino floors only on below gaming dates and times.

10.3. R75,000 in CASH will be shared by 30 Bonus Jackpot winners per activation day.

10.3.1. An additional The Ripple Effect rewards will be shared by active players per day, rewarding active bank player with a beverage offering.

  • The session will award 30 random Bonus Jackpot winners in total from both Slots and Tables games.
  • All Tsogo Rewards Members that’s actively gaming during the Bonus Jackpot activation days (between 14h00 – 21h00) will earn Bonus draw entries into the month end cars & cash and cash only draws taking place on 30 May and 27 June 2026.

10.4. The minimum criteria on bonusing activation days is 50 points for all Rewards members.

10.5. Players do not need a winning combination (Slots) or hand (Tables) as prizes are allocated randomly via the Random Active Player Selector app.

10.6. Once a winner has been determined, the promotions representative will verify that the RAPS winner information corresponds with the player found at the gaming device.

10.7. Each random winner will be presented with a reveal device, each device will contain a prize, indicating a cash value.

10.8. After the winner has selected his/her choice, the prize insert is revealed by the winner and is swopped out for the cash value, by the promotion’s representative.

11. TIER SPECIFIC MONTH END CASH ONLY DRAWS (excluding 10-Tier members in draws)
    • Tier-specific month-end cash-only draw exclusive to J, Q, K&A Rewards members will take place on 30 May 2026 at 20h00 & 21h00
    • Participants must play Slots and/or Tables using their Tsogo Rewards cards at Montecasino to earn points for draw tickets. Points earning per draw entry are set out below:

• Q&J tiers must earn 500pts per draw entry
• A&K tiers must earn 1000pts per draw entry
  • The TEEDS electronic system will be used to select four (4) winners at each draw.
  • All participants are required to active their draw entries at the eHost or via Tsogo Sun App in the draw entry bin prior to the actual draw.
  • The draw entry bins will open at 08h00 on the draw day and close 5 minutes before the start of the draw.
  • Each selected draw winner will get an opportunity to choose a promotional device that will determine their prize won.

12. TIERED SPECIFIC CAR & CASH DRAW CRITERIA & MECHANICS (excluding 10-Tier members in draws)
    • Tier specific month end car & cash draw exclusive to J, Q, K&A Rewards members will take place on 27 June 2026 at 20h00 & 21h00
    • Participants must play Slots and/or Tables using their Tsogo Rewards cards at Montecasino to earn points for draw tickets.
    • Points earning per draw entry are set out below:

• Q&J tiers must earn 1500pts per draw entry
• A&K tiers must earn 3000pts per draw entry
  • The TEEDS electronic system will be used to select five (5) winners at each draw.
  • All participants are required to active their draw entries at the eHost or via Tsogo Sun App in the draw entry bin prior to the actual draw.
  • The draw entry bins will open at 08h00 on the draw day and close 5 minutes before the start of the draw.
  • Each selected draw winner will get an opportunity to choose a promotional device that will determine their prize won.

  • Should the car winner choose to decline the grand prize of a vehicle won, the car winner will be required to negotiate a buy-back option directly with the dealership representative and provide the dealership with the necessary documentation to proceed with the transaction.

13. Participants or duly authorised representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement and must produce the valid ticket entry and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s License/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required.
14. Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
15. Authorised representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
16. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
17. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item(s) unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
18. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition may be disqualified.
19. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
20. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
21. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
22. Montecasino may add or vary any of the rules of the promotion in the interest of fairness to all participants. Montecasino shall be entitled, at any, time to terminate or alter any aspect of the promotion and/or these rules, without any prior notice and without compensation to any participant or potential participant.
23. During the Tsogo Sun casino system changeover period, Montecasino reserves the right, to conduct an alternative promotion/draw with independently determined earning periods, qualifying criteria, dates, times and prize values.
